Deltaly uses a small number of third-party service providers to operate its platform.
We aim to minimise both the number of providers we use and the amount of personal information shared with them.
This register identifies the principal third-party providers that may process personal information in connection with Deltaly.

Guru
Guru hosts the Deltaly website and platform and provides email delivery for authentication and service communications.
Where Deltaly processes personal information on behalf of a dental practice, Guru acts as a subprocessor to Deltaly.
Stripe
Stripe provides payment and subscription processing for Deltaly subscriptions and patient Memberships.
Stripe acts as a Processor for certain payment-processing activities carried out on instruction and as an independent Controller for certain purposes of its own, including regulatory, security and fraud-prevention activities.
Payment card and Direct Debit details are handled directly by Stripe and are not stored by Deltaly.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics processes analytics information on Deltaly’s behalf and acts as a Processor for this processing.
Google Analytics is used only on the public Deltaly website and is not used within the Deltaly Chrome extension.
Google products and services data sharing is disabled and the Deltaly Analytics property is not linked to Google Ads.
Services we do not use
Deltaly does not use third-party services for:
- storage of patients’ wider clinical records;
- AI processing of patient information;
- advertising or behavioural profiling within the Chrome extension; or
- marketing data brokers.
Changes to service providers
Before introducing a new service provider, Deltaly considers:
- whether the provider is necessary;
- whether the information shared can be further minimised;
- whether appropriate data-protection terms are in place; and
- whether Deltaly’s Privacy Notice, Data Processing Agreement or other data-protection documentation needs to be updated.
Where required by our Data Processing Agreement, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes to subprocessors that process personal information on behalf of dental practices.
