Terms of Use – Website

Last updated: 13 July 2026

1. Introduction

These Website Terms of Use govern your access to and use of deltaly.uk (the “Website”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms apply only to your use of the Website. Use of the Deltaly Chrome extension and Deltaly platform is governed by the separate Deltaly Platform Terms of Use. Patient memberships are governed by the applicable Membership Terms for the relevant dental practice.

2. About Deltaly

Deltaly develops software to help dental practices improve their workflows, administer patient memberships and integrate with third-party systems including Dentally and Stripe.

The Website provides information about Deltaly, its products and services, together with access to documentation, support resources, patient membership pages and links to download the Deltaly Chrome extension.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to:

  • interfere with the operation or security of the Website;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its supporting systems;
  • upload malicious software or harmful content;
  • use automated tools to scrape or harvest substantial parts of the Website without our prior written permission;
  • use the Website in a way that could impair its operation or availability.

Nothing in this clause prevents lawful search engine indexing or other activity permitted by applicable law.

4. Downloads

The Website may provide links to download software, documentation and other resources.

Additional terms may apply to downloaded software, including the Deltaly Chrome extension.

5. Patient Membership Pages

The Website may host pages describing membership plans offered by participating dental practices and allow patients to:

  • view available plans;
  • join a membership;
  • manage an existing membership;
  • access payment management provided through Stripe.

Membership plans are offered by the relevant dental practice, not by Deltaly.

Information published on behalf of a practice is provided by or on behalf of that practice, and the practice remains responsible for its accuracy.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in the Website, including its design, text, graphics, logos, software and documentation, belong to Deltaly or its licensors.

You may view and print pages for your own personal or business use.

You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit Website content without prior written permission except where permitted by law.

7. Third-Party Services

The Website may link to or integrate with third-party services, including Chrome Web Store listings, Stripe-hosted payment pages and other external websites.

Deltaly is not responsible for the availability, content or privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

8. Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep the Website accurate and up to date.

However, information may change over time and we do not guarantee that all content is complete, accurate or current at all times.

Practices remain responsible for ensuring that information relating to their membership plans, pricing and services is accurate.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Website available at all times.

However, access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security updates, technical issues or events outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our:

  • Privacy Notice; and
  • Cookie Policy.

These explain how personal information and cookies are used when you visit the Website or use Deltaly services.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Website Terms of Use from time to time.

The latest version will always be published on the Website.

Continued use of the Website after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless applicable law provides otherwise.
